Pet Policy

At Maria Rosa Suites, we understand that pets are family, and we’re delighted to welcome your furry friends. Pets up to 16kg are allowed, with the following included during their stay:

• Pet-friendly accommodation for an additional €20 per room, per stay.
• In-room pet bed and bowl available upon request.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Weight Limit: Pets must not exceed 16kg, except for certified guide dogs (documentation required at booking).
2. Health: Pets must be clean and free of ticks.
3. Noise: Pets should not disturb other guests with barking or whining.
4. Leash Policy: Pets must be on a leash in all common areas.
5. Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in rooms at any time and must not be allowed on beds.
6. Clean-Up: Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
7. Housekeeping: Housekeeping will only service rooms with pets present if the owner is there. Please schedule a convenient time.
8. Damage: Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets and agree to cover any resulting costs.
9. Amenities: In-room pet beds and bowls are available upon request.
10. Management Discretion: Hotel management reserves the right to make the final decision regarding pet acceptability.
