No deposit is required at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card is needed to secure your reservation.
The full payment will be processed 7 days prior to your check-in date. As a reminder, we will contact you 14 days before arrival to ensure that the card details provided are valid and that sufficient funds are available.
If you prefer to settle your booking via bank transfer, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist. Free cancellation up to 7 days before booking, however please contact us in case of emergencies and we will try to find a fair solution.

Due to the latest flight fuel shortage developments, we understand that some guests may have concerns about travel plans. To provide flexibility and peace of mind, we are offering a travel credit for any payments already made if travel becomes restricted from your country of departure. The credit will be valid for 13 months from original arrival date, allowing you plenty of time to reschedule your stay when travel conditions improve.
